The cocktail industry is in dire need of a push forwards. People are looking for new experiences and they are willing to go out of their way to find them, but the bars are not always moving in that same direction. Mosaic is here to create that movement.
With our unmatched creativity, endless curiosity and an unstoppable drive to do more, we at Mosaic have set out to change the hospitality industry for good. Our goal is to provide next level experiences, to drive consumers to discover products in new ways and to always push the industry to new heights.

We are not bartenders or mixologists. We are not chefs or sommeliers. We are creators.
More than 10 years of expertise in hospitality, marketing, culinary arts & sales have found each other. Like small fragments forming a bigger picture, this variety of skills and knowledge came together to create a common goal; to transform an industry and leave behind a legacy.
Starting with a few experiments and many lessons learned, Carlos & Nisharo quickly discovered the path towards their vision. Their own skills and expertise allowed them to create a whole world of unique cocktails and concepts, and pioneer several new customer experiences in a short period of time.
But our success is not just our own. The two frontrunners set out to find young and dynamic minds to join the cause. Our network grew rapidly with like-minded partners, forward thinking suppliers, and talented team members. Everyone bringing their own piece to form a larger Mosaic.
